Zero Proof · The Long Pour

Leading the Field

Pace Car

An orange spritz at the bar

The Pace Car leads the field and never takes a drop: a zero-proof spritz built on a non-alcoholic bitter aperitivo, soda, and orange. Bittersweet, orange, complex — an adult flavor profile for the person making sure everyone else gets home.

How we build it

A proper NA aperitivo — the new generation is genuinely good, with real gentian-root bitterness instead of orange candy — over ice in a big spritz glass, lengthened with soda and finished with a fat orange slice. Built exactly like its leaded sibling, because the ceremony is half the drink.

Why our way is best

Bitterness is the flavor mocktails always chicken out on, and it’s exactly what makes a drink feel grown-up. The Pace Car doesn’t apologize or sweeten itself into a soda; it commits to the aperitivo bite. In a racing state, the pace car is the one everybody follows — it felt right to name our designated-driver drink after the most respected car on the track.
