After the Storm

Clear Skies

A pale lemon cocktail in a coupe with a twist

Every storm-themed bar needs one drink with no clouds in it. Clear Skies is ours: vodka, fresh lemon, and a light honey syrup, shaken to a shine and served up. No smoke, no bitters, no float — just the part of the forecast everyone hopes for.

How we build it

Cold vodka, lemon squeezed when you order, honey syrup thin enough to shake clean. Hard shake, double strain, coupe. A thin lemon wheel floats on top like the sun coming out, because we are not above a visual pun.

Why our way is best

Simple drinks are honesty tests, and this one has three ingredients doing all the work. The honey matters most — it’s local, it reads warmer than plain sugar, and it gives the drink a rounded landing that sugar syrup can’t fake. Bright, citrus, smooth: the flyer wrote the spec, and we build to it every single time.
